What’s In These No-Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut butter. Use your favorite kind! I used natural peanut butter, but any type would go.
Liquid sweetener. Honey or maple syrup are my go-to’s, but you can use any type of liquid sweetener, whatever fits your diet and you use regularly.
Flax meal. These will add healthy omega-3 fatty acids to balance out the omega-6-rich peanuts. Finely ground flaxseeds will also help to thicken the mixture for the cups.
Coconut oil. Don’t skip the coconut oil, you will love the texture it helps to create when frozen and the little hint of coconut flavor.
Salt. Just a pinch to make that peanut flavor really pop!
How To Make No Chocolate Healthy Peanut Butter Cups
It’s easy! All you need to do is place all ingredients into a bowl and mix them.
Then divide the mixture into silicone muffin cups. Fill them up to your liking. I find silicone cups make it easier for the cups to pop out.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
How To Store
You can store the ready no chocolate peanut butter cups in the freezer for a quick no-bake dessert or peanut butter snack. Keep in an airtight container and allow to thaw for 4-5 minutes before biting into them.
